National Day of Prayer
May 7 @ 9:00 AM

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people to pray for the nation. It exists to communicate with every individual the need for personal repentance and prayer, and to mobilize Christians to intercede for America. At Calvary, we believe in the power of prayer, and the importance of community. We want to encourage our congregation to gather together next week to pray. On Thursday, May 7, we will be opening the Youth Room all day, from 9:00 am - 8:00 PM, for our congregation and community members, to come and spend time in prayer. We will have two times of corporate worship; the first will be led by a Calvary Pastor and the second will be led by an Elder.

The morning prayer time will be from 9:00 - 10:00 AM, led by Pastor Ross Martin. The evening prayer will be from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, and led by a CBC Elder. For anyone that cannot make those set times, we encourage you to come throughout the day and pray for our nation. We will have prayer prompts available for those interested. We hope to see many of you there!
